Credit Unions

We represent co-operative credit unions providing advice on and preparing  leases, mortgages and mortgage bills of sale.  We have worked closely with the Ministry of Labour advising the Minister on appeals by credit unions in respect of decisions made by the Commissioner of Co-operatives and on matters pertaining to liquidations.
