Oil and Gas

We have advised on upstream, midstream and downstream projects in Trinidad and Tobago, participated in negotiations and reviewed and prepared a wide range of agreements, contracts, licences and other legal instruments relating to the development of the oil, gas, petrochemical and energy sectors. These included, MOU, Letters of Intent and guarantees, shareholder agreements, marketing, processing and technology agreements sale and distributorship agreements, engineering, procurement and construction including pipeline construction agreements, technical assistance, licensing and confidentiality agreements; consultancy, joint venture and participating agreements, and EPC contracts for the urea and methanol plants.
