JASON GRANT is an Attorney-at-Law with fifteen years’ experience in legal advisory work, end-to-end transactional management and drafting specialist consultancy agreements.

He is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a member of International Association of Privacy Managers (IAPP). He specialises in providing customized legal advice and solutions particularly in the areas of Data Privacy and Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence governance, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Procurement, Contract Preparation and Negotiation and Risk Management for commercial transactions for local and regional private and public sector entities. He also served as a member of a multidisciplinary committee to fully operationalize Trinidad and Tobago's data protection legislation.
